U-BOND 301

It is a single-component, low viscous, fast-hardening, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive that reacts with the humidity present in the atmosphere. Once hardened it becomes a very tough structural adhesive with a very high bond strength and excellent resistance to water, temperature, aging and weathering.

U-BOND 301 is formulated for rapid and structural bonding, even on water-resistant surfaces where rapid setting is required
mechanics.

The increase in humidity and temperature reduces cross-linking times and increases the chemical-physical performance of the adhesive.
U-BOND 301 effectively bonds the following materials:
Metals; ferrous steel, aluminium, iron, copper, etc….
Plastics; PVC, ABS, PMMA, polyester, gecoat, fibreglass, etc….
Synthetics; corian, agglomerated, sintered
Tenacious bonding of wooden elements and wood-derived products, chipboard, plywood, MDF, solid wood, including oily ones
such as teak, briar, iroko, etc….
Bonding of stone, natural stone, brick, concrete, plasterboard and ceramic
Insulators and insulators; polystyrene or expanded polystyrene, polyurethane panels, rock wool, soundproofing
