The Thitronik reversing siren sounds an alarm differently than conventional sirens: not only through a trigger signal, but also in the event of a power failure or sabotage.
Flexible problem solver
The reversing siren is used in vehicles where the starter battery is located in the engine compartment. If the power supply is interrupted during a break-in attempt, the vehicle’s horn is also disabled. But the reversing siren still works and emits an alarm. Apart from that, it is of course a safety gain for all alarm systems. Incidentally, it is also a must for operating a gas alarm in a caravan without a leisure battery. In the event of a power failure on the construction site or if the towing vehicle is disconnected, the reversing siren takes over. If you want to uncouple the caravan or put it into winter storage, deactivate the reversing function using a key switch on the rear.
Universally applicable
The reversing siren is continuously charged via a direct connection to the battery and thus ensures an alarm lasting several minutes. It is therefore ideal for vehicles with externally accessible batteries or power supplies.
The reversing siren is the ideal accessory for GAS-pro and WiPro. With its 2 trigger inputs (+12V input and earth input), it is also suitable for alarm systems from other manufacturers.
