T-KARICO FILTER

Installed about one meter from the end of the inlet pipe, with its 5 micron filtration it prevents sand, algae, rust, mucilage, biofilm, small insects from entering the tank and contaminating the water, the action of the filter is mechanical and does not eliminate limescale.

T-Karico has 2 types of filtration, one with sediment and one with cationic resins, the first filter is used to remove dirt during water loading exactly as the COMPACT FILTER does, while the resins trap calcium and magnesium (limescale ) and eliminate it from the water.
The water produced is not drinkable, due to a lack of mineral salts and bacterial proliferation, therefore we recommend an antibacterial treatment with BIOCHLOR both of the filter itself after each load and in the water you have loaded into the tank.
If you do not want to use chlorine to disinfect the water in the tank, it is possible to fit an Anti-bacterial/legionella filter (Acquatravel SMALL FILTER) immediately after the water pump.
