SMALL ANTI-LEGIONELLA FILTER

The filter is installed directly after the water pump and has a lifespan of over 180,000 litres. Maintenance is annual or as needed: simply backwash the internal fibers and it is usable again.

After washing, the filter must be sanitized with a specific Acquatravel product, “SANIFICANT SANITIZING”. The filter stops bacterial loads, which can form with water stagnation or external contamination.

The analyzes of the water after filtration, both as is and diluted 10 times, show a clear decrease in the total bacterial count as well as a clearing of the bacterial typing. Regarding the filtering capacity on Legionella, the analytical results demonstrate an excellent level of filtration as well as water purification.

Warranty Service

 At the end of the first year of warranty or if it becomes clogged, the filter can be uninstalled and washed but without being opened.

ATTENTION: YOU MUST NOT BREAK THE WARRANTY SEAL

This operation ensures that a good part of the dirt is eliminated and the filter returns to working properly.

Once the backwash has been carried out, the filter and the system must be sanitized

the customer must contact us via email info@acquatravel.it and we will provide direct and guaranteed assistance:

• We will have the filter picked up by the courier;
• We will sanitize, clean and disinfect it; we will have the bacteriological analyzes carried out by an accredited laboratory, which will be attached to the filter;
• We will send the filter back to the customer, guaranteeing it for another year.

After two years, the filter is NO longer under warranty, but if the customer adheres to our initiative, reported above, the filter will be guaranteed for another year and so for all future maintenance.

The service can be requested every time maintenance needs to be carried out, on average once a year if used in a camper or upon clogging, if the filter is used in other areas.
