Finally solved the problem of keeping the Cargo Back tensioned even when it is not completely full. Made of lightweight anodized aluminum tubes and plastic corners that fit together for a solid seal. The on and off kit is easily assembled and creates a load-bearing structure inside the Cargo Back.
